Get Instant Answers
How does the score guarantee work?

Declare a target band on day one. If you don't hit it on your first official attempt, you re-train with the next live cohort free. Conditions: 90%+ attendance, all mocks attempted, official test booked within 30 days of course end.

What's the difference between Academic and General?

Listening and Speaking are identical. Reading and Writing differ — Academic uses journal-style passages and chart-description; General uses workplace texts and letter-writing. Pick Academic for university, General for migration.

Do I need IELTS for the UK student visa?

Most UK universities accept UKVI IELTS — a separate version booked through IDP/BC. We coach the same syllabus and route you through UKVI booking via our concierge.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes — 30 minutes, no obligation. A trainer scores a short writing and speaking sample, then maps your gap to your target band and recommends a track. We've sent plenty of students home and told them they don't need coaching.

How fast can I prepare?

Fast-track is a 4-week intensive — 15 sessions per week, suited to someone who already speaks fluent English and needs strategy more than ability. Most students benefit more from the 8-week pace.

Are mocks scored by real examiners?

Yes — by certified IELTS examiners on contract with us. You get an examiner-style feedback sheet for every mock, with band-by-band breakdown for Speaking and Writing.

Will the books be included?

Yes. Cambridge IELTS practice tests 16–19 (digital), Road to IELTS (NGI-licensed), and our NGI Writing Bank — all included in your fee.

Can I switch from online to classroom mid-course?

If a seat opens up, yes — at no extra cost beyond the price difference. We've never had a student stranded by this; classroom batches almost always have a 1–2 seat buffer.
